ACFEF Approved - Continuing Education Hours

The Amercian Culinary Federation Education Foundation, ACFEF, has approved EduClasses® FMC® Food Managers Certification as an online education program for issuing continuing education (CE) hours.

FMC® has been "Recognized by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation as an Approved Program."

ACF American Culinary Federation

With the approval of ACFEF, Continuing Education hours are now issued for the FMC® ANAB-CFP Exam and Online Food Manager Training program.

 

Continuing Education (CE) Hours are as follows:

  • ANAB-CFP Exam: 2 CE hours
  • ANAB-CFP Exam (2 CE Hours) + Online Food Manager Training (8 CE Hours): 10 CE hours
